ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE

These conditions listed in the following articles govern the sale of products by HappyHoney (name and address), which manufactures and distributes natural food supplements for men.

ARTICLE 2 – PRICE

The prices of our products are quoted in Euros including taxes (VAT and other taxes, on the day of order), shipping costs and any service charges are not included and will be shown separately at the time of order and must be borne by the buyer.

For orders to countries other than Germany, you are the importer of the products concerned. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or government taxes must be borne by the importer. These rights do not fall within the jurisdiction of HappyHoney and are your responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to authorities and institutions in your country. We are happy to advise you on how to contact your local authority in such a case.

All orders must be paid in Euros regardless of their origin.

HappyHoney reserves the right to change prices at any time, but will calculate products based on the rate at the time of order confirmation and subject to availability.

The products remain the property of HappyHoney until full payment is received.

Note: When you are in physical possession of the ordered products, the risk of loss or damage to products has already been transferred to you.

ARTICLE 3 – ORDERS

You can only order from HappyHoney if:

HappyHoney reserves the right to accept payment and confirm the order, and not an order for any reason, especially in case of capacity problems, or in case of difficulties with the order.

ARTICLE 4 – CHECK YOUR ORDER

Any buyer placing an order on the website happyhoney.com accepts these terms. Any order confirmation means your complete acceptance of these terms and conditions, without any exceptions.

All data provided gives valid proof of the transaction made by you.

You agree to this information with complete knowledge.

The order confirmation serves as acceptance of the transaction made and is considered signed.

A summary of your order information and these General Terms and Conditions will be sent in PDF format and you will receive email confirmation of your order.

ARTICLE 5 – PAYMENT

When you validate your order, this means that you agree to pay the indicated price.

Payment for your purchases will be processed through:

Through our secure system.

Your card will be charged immediately after completing the purchase.

ARTICLE 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

According to Article L.121-21, you have a 14-day withdrawal period after receiving your product to exercise your right of withdrawal without giving reasons or paying a penalty.

The product must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, and documentation). In this context, you are liable. Any damage to the product at this time may be charged to you and may counter a right of withdrawal.

The costs incurred in returning the product are the responsibility of the customer and must also be borne by them.

In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the amount will be refunded within 14 days of notification of your withdrawal and transferred by HappyHoney using the same means of payment used for the order.

EXCEPTIONS to the right of withdrawal

According to Article L.121-21-8 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

The provision of goods that have already exceeded their minimum durability date.
The delivery of goods that have been unsealed by the consumer after delivery and possibly cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
The delivery of goods that have been delivered but have already been inseparably mixed with other items.
